Yes - it explains the secrecy in Mark's Gospel but not the others and Jesus speaking in parables shows he purposely hid meanings (goes to show he never claimed anything
Yes - Jesus wouldn't have been understood as Messiah because 1st Century Jews interpreted the suffering Servant as their nation of Israel
Yes - Like Bultmann said, because he didn't fit the Jewish version of a Messiah, people would have him confused for a king

Differences

No -This theory exaggerates the fact that the healed leper in Mark 1:40-45 didn't say anything because Jesus ends up being mobbed by crowds later on
