    • Jewish publishing firms had a powerful influence over the media, with two Jewish run newspapers, in particular the Berliner Tageblatt and the Frankfurter Zeitung, promoting Liberal political views.
    • Theodore Wolff, editor of the Berliner Tageblatt was the driving force behind the Liberal DDP (German democratic party)
