      • "Christ" / "Messiah" means "Anointed One" / Chosen One. Jews thought this person would be a warrior king, whereas Pharisees saw him as a law abiding Rabbi.
      • "Lord" shows Christ's rule and authority.
      • "Son of Man" / God shows the bringing of judgement and salvation.
      • "I am" is an Exodus reference to God's name (Yarweh).
      • The Lamb shows how Jesus is the ultimate sacrifice and takes on the world's sins.
