      • Is a form of interface that uses commands typed in by the user into the computer to intrepet and carry out. commands are typed in at low level.
        • E.g. to run a word procesing programm, the user may have to type in 'word'

          • some common probelms is when the pogramm cannot understand slang, one of voice and accents
      • Graphical user interface
        • A graphical user interface is a form of interface that uses high resolution that uses high resolution graphics, icons, and pointers
          • Uses WIMP (windows, icons, menues and pointers)
