4. Help Desk: Most companies have an Internal Help Desk- Controlled by an ICT technician, provide expert advise on issue relating to hardware & software

Ability to discuss issues, More variety of ideas, Ability to meet short deadlines, Members of equal knowledge, Help and motivation ca be provided, Better quality of work produced.

Some people like working alone, Hard to manange, Arguments among members, Reliance on each other.

Good clear consistent leadership, Appropriate balance of skills and knowledge, Skills to monitor against plan, Adherence to agreed standards, Good communication skills.

Allows the user to interact directly with the computer system with use of typing in commands within a screen

Can be very confusing, needs to be experts, commands needs to be precise errors means need to start over again, large number of commands needs learning, need to understand commands and what's it's saying

User navigates through menus and sub-menus to achieve a specific task

Advantages of Menu Driven Interface
Easy to sue, No commands to learn, You can guess your way around options

Disadvantages of Menu Driven Interface
Massive file, Poor design-maybe slow to use, Irritating-If too many menus to go through, Can't get to the exact place at once, Can take up a large part of the screen, Poor design- Can be hard to read.

Makes use of pictures, graphics and icons

Easy to use, Easy to find your way, NO need to learn commands, Help facilities provided

Takes up large amounts of storage, Can be slow for experienced users, Need more memory (RAM) to run

Uses commands spoken in spoken language or English Sentences.

Doesn't require training, Extremely flexible and powerful, Can be use by people with disabilities

Disadvantages of Natural Language Interface
Reliability-Can only respond to commands that's been programmed, Need to use grammatical English, strong accents may confuse the interface.
