      • Consistency can be negatively interpreted
      • Same arguments and behaviours can be viewed as rigid and dogmatic
        • Can be off-putting to the majority
        • Unlikely to result in conversions from the majority
      • Need to be prepared to adapt and accept counter-arguments
      • Balance is needed between consistency and flexibility
    • The Snowball effect
      • Through the 3 factors stated, members of the majority convert to the minority
      • The morethis happens, the faster the rate of conversion
      • Gradually, the minority becomes the majority
