- methods of presenting Practice.
- Whole
- When the skill is presented in entirety and not is subroutines.
- Whole-part-whole.
- When the learner attempts the whole skill first then practises subroutines separately before trying the skill again.
- Dis: time consuming/only low organised skills/ hard to develop a full kinematics feel at first.
- Ads: weak parts of the routine can be worked on separately/ fluency between subroutines is kept/ kinaesthesis is kept as a whole /good at increasing confidence.
- When the learner attempts the whole skill first then practises subroutines separately before trying the skill again.
- Progressive Part.
- Dis: very time consuming/ only low organised skill/ hard to get a kinaesthetic feel of the whole skill/ hard to gain fluidity.
