      • In animals that drink contaminated water
      • Passed by eating under cooked meat
      • Causes campylobacterosis
      • Symptoms: Diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, headache, nausea
      • Takes 2-5 days after contamination
      • Can last 3-6 days
    • Salmonella
      • Found in animals
      • Passed by eating contaminated food
      • Symptoms: Diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, nausea
      • Causes salmonellosis
      • Takes 12-36 days after contamination
      • Lasts 2-7 days
    • Listeria Monocytogenes
      • Found in soil and refrigerators
      • Passed by eating contaminated vegetables or ready to eat food
      • Causes listeriosis
      • Symptoms: Diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, muscle pain, meningitis
      • If severe it can last up to 2 weeks
    • E.Coli
      • Found in the gut of animals mainly cattle
      • Passed by eating raw or under cooked meat and contaminated food
      • Symptoms: Diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, cramps, vomiting
      • 2-5 days after contamination
      • Can last up to 10 days
