- Causes campylobacterosis
- Symptoms: Diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, headache, nausea
- Takes 2-5 days after contamination

- Found in animals
- Passed by eating contaminated food
- Symptoms: Diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, nausea
- Causes salmonellosis
- Takes 12-36 days after contamination
- Lasts 2-7 days
- Listeria Monocytogenes
- Found in soil and refrigerators
- Passed by eating contaminated vegetables or ready to eat food
- Causes listeriosis
- Symptoms: Diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, muscle pain, meningitis
- If severe it can last up to 2 weeks
- E.Coli
- Found in the gut of animals mainly cattle
- Passed by eating raw or under cooked meat and contaminated food
- Symptoms: Diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, cramps, vomiting
- 2-5 days after contamination
- Can last up to 10 days
- Campylobacter
