- 1. Check for any dangers
- 2. gently shake their shoulder and give a command
- 3.Tilt their head back
- 4. Check if they are breathing
- 5. Call an ambulace
- 6. Give them 30 compressions
- 7. Give them 2 rescue breaths
- 8. repeate until too tired, ambulance arrives or casulaty wakes up
