    • Watches TV, does college work or listens to music in the hour before going to bed.
      • Could this be causing unnecessary stress before sleep?
        • Not allowed to do work or watch/listen/read anything with a complicated story.
      • Already tried meditation and music to control insomnia.
        • Herbal and melatonin tablets tried - has very little effective.
      • Music can keep her awake. Best to avoid.
