What did the Agricultural Gangs Act of 1867 do?
Gang masters are required to be registered, banned the employment of all under the age of 8, banned women working alongside men unless a femal gang master is present.

What was 'dilution'?
A system brought in during the 1st World War while women were working in the factories. Each job was split up into three or four smaller jobs so that men could claim their jobs back after the war as they could do the full job.
