Body Mass Index, the equation for BMI=weight÷(height²) either lb/(inches²) or kg/(M²)

The food groups and examples
Carbohydrates - bread, pasta, rice etc. Protein - meat, fish, eggs etc. Fats - sweets, cakes, donuts etc. Dairy - cheese, milk, ice cream etc. Fruit and Veg (you may have learnt these separately) - carrots, apple, sweetcorn etc.

Unlikely to be overweight, less susceptible to illness, more likely to have a steady weight, higher levels of energy.
