Q1: the legislation in 1944 was called the Education Act 1944, only the 1988 Act is called the 'Education Reform Act'

Q6: Marxists are NOT negative towards education, they are negative towards the way education works in a capitalist society - they argue education would be a 'good thing' but that it is distorted to serve the interests of the ruling class.

Question 9's answer can't be true all the time, it is not a god given right that all girls are much more mature than boys..
