The strength in your muscles; for an example; weightlifter.

How long you can use your muscles for a long period of time; for an example; rugby

Aerobic endurance
Big lungs, big heart. You are able to breathe better therefore work your heart harder. An example is long distance runner/marathon

Flexiblity
Being able to bend over and use all joint efficiently. An example of flexibility is gymnastics.

Being able to excelarate faster; an example of speed is 35 meter sprinter

Body Composition
Large body mass; sumo wrestling

Being able to move quickly in different directions; football

Balance
Being able to be steady on one support. Eg.trampolining

Coordination
Enables to move limbs to work together accurately. For an example tennis player

Explosive power
Maximium force applied. Long jump, push off from the floor.

Being able to respond fastly to surroundings. eg. Dodgeball.
