What is God?
The Supreme Being, The Ultimate Reality, The Deity, The Divine, The All Powerful Creator, Superhuman having power over nature and human fortunes

The revealing of something previously hidden or secret, a showing or revealing of divine will or truth E.g The revelation of God through the bible

An emblem, a sign which has a particular meaning, something regarded as a representation, something that points to or explain something else E.g The crucifix represents Jesus dying for the sins of the world

The father, the Son and the Holy Spirit

They might because they feel protected, being cared for and being given hope for future life, they might not because of family, education and a need of proof

Every soul was created by Allah, remember what happens in this life is a test for the Day Of Judgement, Allah must permit death, Shariah lists condition under which life may be taken, Allah has a plan for each life

Death is not the end, either burial or cremation, many services include Eucharist, there are bible readings, earth to earth, ashes to ashes, Christians believe resurrection of jesus was a victory, afterlife is a spiritual experience

Qur'an includes many teachings about akhirah (life after death), believe will be judged on what you do on earth, Allah knows the time of birth and death of everyone, dying person to be facing Makkah, simple clothes during burial, Angel of Death
