Cultural
No English: 80% of websites are in English, in you can't read English it's hard to use the internet. Lack of skills: Many jobs now require ICT skills, it's hard to find a job with no ICT skills. Political problems: Some countries ban certain websites

Job loss: Many jobs are being replaced by machinery and ICT systems > reliable and < expenses. Addictions: people can become addicted e.g. social networking sites, gambling. Loss of privacy: people can have access to personal information.

DPA: Protect data held on IT systems without permission. CDPA: prevents music sharing on Peer-to-peer networks

Environmental
Mobility – the development of portable devices e.g mobile phones and laptops, have enabled people to commute and work. Carbon Footprints – the reduced need to commute. Reduced Paper Usage.

Economic
Labour costs: reduced by having ICT systems instead, which once wasn't possible. Energy costs: Increases if there's more hardware needed. Internet access: Slows down when there's more people using it (bandwidth slows), so bill prices increases.
