what is the difference between skill and ability?
ability is inherited but skills need practise

basic and complex, open and closed, self and externally paced, gross and fine.

identify weaknesses, motivating, more appropriate than outcome goals as they dont become reliant.

visual guidance (commonly works well with verbal guidance)

lack of concentration-attention feild too wide, no selective attention-can't focus.

low- needs precision and only short so bnot much power needed

selftalk, mental rehersal, deep breathing

what is the difference between indirect and direct aggression?
direct involves physical contact that deliberatley harms someone and indirect is non contact but will knock opponents confidence.

team. they prefer to lead and enjoy fast-paced sports with company

intrinsic. more likely to last and overuse of extrinsic can undermine instinsic

during input stage of info processing. it means attending to the most relevant stimulus
