Flexing of a body part, means bending e.g bending your elbow up. 1 of 10 What is extension? Body part restores natural position. Extending of a body part. e.g. extending of the elbow after flexion. 2 of 10 What is abduction? Movement of a limb away from the midline of the body. (Abduction means away e.g abducted by aliens) 3 of 10 What is adduction? Movement of a limb towards the bodies midline. Opposite of abduction. 4 of 10 What is rotation?
