ensuring everyone is treated fairly and equally by proving the same choices and opportunity regardless of their needs and difference not to be discriminated because of their age, race, sex, gender, and disability

by providing access to prayer room or transport to faith areas. asking the choice of a pregnant womenif she wants to deliever at a hospital or at her house. provinding menus with dietary needs.

documents containing personal information should be locked away,staff shouldnt gossip about it or leave a file with personal information, most importatly only shar personal information on a need to know basis with practioners involved in care.

making the childs welfare paramounnt, keeping children safe and maintainig a healthy enviroment, working in partnership with parents/guardians, encouraging children`s learning and development, valuing diversity, ensuring equality of opportunity 2+

by using a child-centred approach towards their needs when it comes to their safely and health. hildren must never be humiliated publicly, told off, made fun of or br verbally abused

by having a safequarding policy where all staff have a DBS check, right staff ratio wearing lanyards for identification safety legislations must be followed like risk assesments, regular fire drills, first aiders and a bullying policy

parents play central role in childs life but need to listen to staff and value what they say to achieve best outcome/ beneficial impact for their child`s well-being

welcoming them on parents dayso they could meet with the staff, keeping a daily diary to inform them about any progress, sending award certificate and discussing with them about behaviours

toys and resources should reflect different cultures and beliefs. children should celebrate a range of festivals and providewelcome signs in different signs. staff should meet individual communication and mobility needs to show them they are valued.

by meeting children`s needs and treating them fairly, staff should follow equal opportunity policy, make activities accessible, provide required support and any adjustments like wheelchairs and ramps

it is supporting others so they could express there views and wishes through this their voices is ensured to be heard E.G. mencap a charity that works and support people with learning disability so they could live their life as they choose/want.

what is an support groups give an example of an organisation and what activities it does
they are concerned to provide each other with encouragement, comfort, and advice. eg mind a charity that supports people to empower experience and mental problems. it campaigns to improve services, raise awarness and promote understanding.

what is informal support
this support is from family, friends and neighbours. these people provide essential sevice like driving the person to their appointment, through this support the person becames more independent so they could live in their own home instead of a care
