Evaluation of Duck's Model and Lee's model
The difference between Lee's model and Duck's model is that: LEE puts emphasis on the earlier stages (when it can be saved), while DUCK puts more on the beginning and end stages of the process.

Evaluation of Duck's Model and Lee's model - WEAKNESS
Neither model can be applied universally. There are many kinds of relationship and they are all different and dont' necessarily bear any resemblance to each other as they can go through the stages at different speeds

Evaluation of Duck's Model and Lee's model - WEAKNESS
The theories are also ETHNOCENTRIC as the theories apply more to the WESTERN CULTURE (individualistic) rather than non-westernised cultures (collectivist).

Evaluation of Duck's Model and Lee's model - WEAKNESS
Both theories are descriptive and look at the breakdown of a relationship as a PROCESS rather than a REAL LIFE EVENT. That may be why the theories describe the process rather than going into further detail to explain why relationships break up.
