what is public law?
criminal law. Laws which affect the interactions between the state and its citizens. laws about the way the government and laws are to be created (constitutional law) how government are going to work in practise; administrative law.

civil law. About how individuals interact with one another in specific situations; business, family, civil wrong such as negligence.
