Aim:to examine several factors -including self confidence-that jurors might consider when evaluating eyewitness identification evidence.


  • showing a videotaped mock trail of a robbery to participants.
  • participants included undergraduated students and experienced jurors.
  • 10 independant variables but the main focus was witness confidence.
