Structure: 

"day one...day two...day six" = coherent structure, echoes the creating of the Earth (book of Genesis) suggests that the woman is a gift from nature. 

Techniques/Language/Themes: 

"a tree dangled an apple / at bite-height. She bit it." = strong visual imagery, plosive & consonance 'T' sounds, adds quite an harsh tone, suggests the womans strength.
