Savoury- Parmesan crackers


180g butter

180g grated parmesan

250g plain flour


  • Preheat the oven to 180 C/gas mark 4
  • Slowly melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat
  • Transfer to a large bowl and add the other two ingredients
  • Chill for one hour
  • Roll out the dough to 2mm thickness and cut out…
