Savoury- Parmesan crackers
Ingredients:
180g butter
180g grated parmesan
250g plain flour
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C/gas mark 4
- Slowly melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat
- Transfer to a large bowl and add the other two ingredients
- Chill for one hour
- Roll out the dough to 2mm thickness and cut out…
