  Plugs and fuses

• All wires in a plug are colour coded to prevent injuries
• 
• LIVE WIRE: The live wire is red, It carries the voltage. It alternates between a high +ve and -ve of around 230V.
• NEUTRAL WIRE: The neutral wire is usually blue. In the neutral wire, usually the energy flows in through the live wire and out the neutral wire. The neutral wire is always at O V.
