Explain a biblical view about God's goodness

The Bible has provided many ways to view God's goodness. First of all, in creation God's goodness is visible in the creation and the sustaining of the world and God acts for the benfit of the people. Secondly, by God providing the 10 commandments God's goodness is revealed. He sets a standard of morality which enables people to lead a good life. Thirdly, his gift of Jesus emphasises God's goodness. Jesus' life, death and resurrection reveal God's love for people. Jesus is crucified as an innocent sacrifice for the sins of human beings.
