Extraction of Lavender Oil

Water in container with mesh filter above. Plants above.

Tube connects container to (cooling) water jacket with cool water going in one side which goes around the tube

Heat water, vapour passes plants evaporating the oil

Cool water in water jacket condenses vapours

Lavender oil and water come out other end

Water and lavender don't mix so lavender on top, water on bottom of beaker

Tube and tap comes out bottom, water drains out to sepearate from oil
