  • Parliament are extreme law maker in the UK
  • Power is unlimited
  • Can make law on any topic
  • Validity can't be questioned by anyone inc. church, monarch, courts
  • Parliament can't limit power of future parliament
  • Impossible for parliament to make permanent law
