The churches had immediate opposition to Hitler and his party’s views. Such as the segregation and genocide of the Jews. Hitler tried to remove the churches but this proved distasteful with the public. So instead he signed the Reichskonkordat this this agreed that he would leave them alone and they would leave him alone as well
