Online courts and Online Dispute Resolution

Since 2015, the government has looked at ways of developing online courts and online dispute resolution (ODR), in a more internet focused and technically savvy world than at the time of the Woolf reforms. 

The Courts and Tribunals Judiciary Service looked at ways that internet technology could be used to resolve disputes in low-level civil cases without parties having to attend court. They suggested:
