Catholics:
- Should've benefitted from the Concordat signed in 1933
- BUT there was lots of interference with the curriculum of Catholic schools
- Late 1930s - hundreds of priests and nuns were arrested on unlikely charges
- Non-nazi Catholic priests were arrested
Protestants:
- Grouped into Reich Church - banned Bible and cross
- Many didn't mind…
