Memory Unit

Accessibility: The readiness with which information that that has already been processed can be located (retrieving).

Availability: Whether or not information that may already have been processed in the brain is still available to be accessed (stored).

Chunking: Whenever we reduce a larger amount of information to a smaller amount, e.g. telephone numbers.
