Stock Control Levels 

Stock control is needed to keep track of how much stock an organisation has at any one time. Using an IT system means that it updates and gives you a real time update of how much stock is in the store. Data is needed to be inputted at all stages. As the stock comes into the store it gets scanned into the system. Then as an item is sold the barcode is scanned and the amount of items scanned out are then taken of the total. A lot of stock control will now do automatic ordering when it hits a certain level.
