To see whether nurses would give a drug to a patient when asked by a doctor, being an authority figure, over the phone
Procedure:
Field experiment
22 night nurses
Dr Smith rings ward to see whether they have the drug 'Astrofen' and to give 20mg to a patient
The stated max dose was 10mg
