1871. 1. 18 Unification--- Otto Von Bismarck (a chancellor)

                   King of Prussia---Wilhelm 1 crowned emperor

1871           Defeated France

                   pay 200 million frances

                   give border territories of Alsace and Lorraine

1882           Germany sign an agreement with A-H and Italy, known as Triple Alliance

1887           Sign Alliance with Russia

                   made Alliance with three other major powers

                   isolating France --> France have no Alliance to fight against Germany

                   --> france only help: Britain

                                                    no interest in war, wish to maintain peace

                                                    --> not threatened by others

1890           Germany fail to renew agreement with Russia ( kaiser…
