The administration of justice
H has an excellent reputation as a justiciar- Historians have commented that he respected judical independence as he retained dthe judges he had inherited from RIII and only replaced them on their retirement or death.
E.g. H appointed Sir William Huse as Chief Justice of the King's Bench in Sept 1485- He had the same role since 1481, so he served both EdIV and RIII
Some historians criticised H for having corrupted…
