GLOBALISTION AND EDUCATIONAL POLICY

(globalisation is defined as the process by which the world is becoming increasingly interconnected due to increased trade and cultural exchange. Increase of production of goods and services and rise in amount of TNCs.)

globalisation has led to changes in educational policy as governments are becoming influences by policies they are witnessing from all over the world that they are seeing are beneficial.

Different countries takin from policies they are witnessing abroad and buying services from these companies that produce the services. For example UK spreading ideas about OFSTED inspections to other countries and then providing the services for countries tp gahead with this policy. Equally many exam boards such as edexcel or pearson are forgeign companies which deliver services to UK and other countries.

Also, there is now a vast amount of data available on how pupils all over the world are achieiving which people can look at freely, which can lead people to begin making comparisons between the british education system and foreign education systems.
