Fishcakes
Makes 8-12 cakes
Ingredients
450g/1lb mixed fish such as cod, haddock, salmon, smoked haddock
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 quantity mashed potato
1 egg, beaten
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Vegetable oil, for frying
