Needed ingredients:

• Sugar (glucose)
• yeast
• water

Word equation:

glucose - ethanol + carbon dioxide

Advantages:

• cheaper method
• low temperatures needed

Disadvantages:

• makes carbon dioxide - contributes to green house effect
• land needed for sugar produce
