Accessibility 

In the sense of IT accessibility means the computer system being used by all people. making a system accessible may mena making simple changes such as a braille keyboard. 

It can allow people increased job satisfaction and improve morale as people will be happy that changes have been made to make their job work for them. 

Barrier to effective use 

people who use computers may have a wide range of issues including;

colour blindness, complete of particle blindness, hearing disabilities, motor or dexterity problems, cognitive impairments.
