For good health , your diet must provide enough energy but not too much.

There are 4 different food groups with different uses .This means you need to have the right amounts of different types of food to have a balance diet. Those types of food are :

....CARBOHYDRATES - they will provide most of your energy.

....FATS- they will keep warm and release energy (long period).

....PROTEIN- they will repair
