The information that you recieve. In sport you take information through your eyes and ears.

ARROUSAL

Is the state of readiness or alertness.

AGRESSION

Acting with the intent to injure or acting forcefully within the rules of sport to achieve ones aim.

A feeling of worry, nervousness or unease.
