SKILL

Is the learned ability to carry out predetermined results with maximum certainty with the minimum outlay of time or effort or both

An inherited, relatively enduring trait that underlies or supports various kinds of motor and cognitive activities or skills. Abilities are thought to be largely genetically determined

INPUT

The information that you recieve. In sport you take information through your eyes and ears.

ARROUSAL

Is the state of readiness or alertness.

AGRESSION

Acting with the intent to injure or acting forcefully within the rules of sport to achieve ones aim.

ANXIETY

A feeling of worry, nervousness or unease.
