Culture - A culture is a shared common interest in values and goals with other people or a group of people

Kayapo culture = Kayapo children stay with their mother for twelve years. Then when the boys are seven, they learn to use bows and arrows. They go out with the men and learn how to hunt. At the age of ten, they move into the mens house. At fifteen they join a warrior class. The girls learn to stay at home with the women, body art and cooking are such things they learn during childhood.
Common characteristics in the culture is that they have traditional gender roles for females and males. Males go out and hunt, women cook and clean. Another characteristic would be how the men are expected to hunt and fend for themselves at a young age. A third characterstic would be having great skill in being apart of that culture.
