Define Aerobic (1)

'With Oxygen' If exercise is not too fasr and is steady the heart can supply all the oxygen muscles need.

Matching training to the requirments of an activity.

Define Heart Rate (1)

The number of times the heart beats per minute.

Define Speed (1)

The differential rate at which an individual is able to perform a movement or cover a distance in a peroid of time.

Define Muscular Endurance (1)

The ability to use voluntary muscles many times with out tiring.
