with task difficulty conformity increases becuase we feel less confident in our own judgment.

• Procedure- ash made the stimulus and comparison line smaller to each other so its  less obvious.
• Findings and conlcusions -participants were more likely to conform to wrong answers when task was difficult. Informational social infulence could play a role as situation was ambigious so people looked for gudiance .
