First 96 words of the document:

How to write a Procedure
Describe procedures chronologically.
A description of the experimental design (repeated measures,
independent measures, matched pairs design) and how
participants were assigned conditions. When referring to the conditions,
try to use descriptive labels e.g. instead of saying Group 1 or the experimental group,
you might say the drugged group. Identify your independent variable(s),
dependant variable(s) and control variables (if any). Give your
variables clear, meaningful names so that your readers are not
confused.
Include important instructions to participants.
