AQA AS BIOLOGY - PHOSPHOLIPIDS
Describe the structure of a phospholipid molecules and their arrangement in the plasma membrane.
- Phospholipids contains a phosphate head, a glycerol, and two fatty acids
- Phospholipids are arranged as a bilayer
- Phosphate heads are hydrophillic
