	Advantages There are lots of potential workers in the future. Provides a large and cheap workforce. Provides a growing market for manufactured products. Provides a large tax base for the country.	Disadvantages Young children need healthcare - for example, immunisations. This is expensive for a country to provide. Young people nedd to be educated - providing schools and teachers are expensive. Resources for lessons are difficult to access, and costly to buy. It puts a strain on food supplies. In the future, more children will reach child bearing age, putting more pressure on the health care service.
	Evaluation Although there are more disadvantages then advantages, there are some solutions.
