- This is because their INFLUENCE has RISEN GLOBALLY
- This has happened through their RISING ECONOMIES
- This is because their INFLUENCE has RISEN GLOBALLY
- CHINA especially is rising as a SUPERPOWER
- RISING THREAT to USA
- This means that in the future, the USA could possibly decrease their influence meaning their HEGEMONIC POWER will END
- States, on a regional level, have a RISING INFLUENCE
