    • What it does?
    • What it produces
      • Images that are produced are more detailed than x-ray images
        • A CT scan can produce images of structures inside the body, including the internal organs, blood vessels, bones and tumours
    • Advantages
      • Can diagnose a variety of different health conditions, such as brain tumours, bone conditions and internal damage.
    • Disadvantages
      • Scan results are not available immediately
      • Expose you to more radiation than other scanning techniques
